Nice apartment with balcony to enjoy the cooling weather. Few places to eat on site for those who do not want to go too far for food. Host was fast to respond to our queries.

Had a hard time to get the keys! Super difficult to locate Block 5 (no signage on block). Asked few staff along the way and received "blank" looks! Car couldn't turn right after security booth as per check in photo, got to make U turn further up and lost along the way under foggy weather. The check in instructions need to be updated. Nightmare in carpark as super narrow! Actually no need to park all the way at level 6 as per check in instruction. No towel or toilet roll in apt but host was fast to respond. Apt needed some maintenance. Would be useful if there is manual on how to operate stove as we tried a long time before giving up!

Quiet, detailed instructions to check in & out, prompt staff response, enough kitchen items, big fridge, water filter machine, hot water throughout, good water pressure, stable internet connection, unit near to lift, punctual shuttle service

The water heater at toilet near to kitchen needed waiting time after second person used it. Some bed Linens and towels yellowish.

The owner gave a super clear instructions for the customers to go about the particular apartment in pdf form. The rooms were comfortable and it was lively due to facilities such as the filtered water, kitchen stuffs and classic arcade game system. We had a comfortable stay and will recommend it to preferably families or small group of friends of 5-6.

The bed is quite comfortable and the view of the unit is quite nice.

The hygiene of the property needs more attention. I saw a few small cockroaches around the stove and the water dispenser when i wake up in the morning. Probably better to get the pest control to spray on the unit.
