I have stayed at same property management many times, just this time 1 got 2 bedrooms apartment.

Upon arrival we were mesmerised by the size of the apartment granted to us, not only it was spacious but it was modern, well organised and comfortable making our stay satisfactory.
I would assume that the view from our room would’ve been amazing if it weren’t for the fog.
Nonetheless we still enjoyed everything that was put to our disposition.
The restaurants were delicious to dine at.
The location of the apartment itself and where we had to pick up the keys for the apartment / parking and lift wasn’t easy to find.
We might’ve gotten lost along the way nonetheless we still made it to our destination.
Another issue we’d like to comment on is the lack of towels. My family and I (we are 8) were given 4. We tried to reach out to the staff in hopes to be given some more towels but we didn’t get any more than the original 4 towels.
OTHER : Communication between staff and guests is through WhatsApp (for us) and AI will respond to your messages.
