    Ion Delemon Premium Suite – Deluxe Twin StudioManaged by Maple Home Check-in & check-out were done at Level 3 parking beside a black Myvi car. Parking is self-paid, and they require a RM200 cash deposit. I was given Tower 7, Level 11 even though I had made a special request earlier, but it wasn’t fulfilled. It’s okay, I understand maybe because of the holiday season and high pax. Then we arrived at the room… haha, no balcony 😅 My fault too for not reading the property details carefully. No welcome drink, no mini fridge, and the saddest part… not even bath towels provided. The mattress cover and pillow had an unpleasant smell, like men’s hair oil 😭 I literally had to use my shirt as a pillow cover. And if you have sensitive ears, honestly this place is not for you. The walls are VERY thin. Imagine people talking next door and you can hear everything clearly 😂 So better avoid “hem hem” activities if you’re the screaming type HAHAHA. You can refer to the room condition from the photos I attached. Back to the bath towel story — I informed them through WhatsApp around 5–6 PM that there were no towels in the room. By 10 PM, still nothing. I had to text again to remind them, and finally the towels arrived around 11 PM. Oh yes, during check-in at Level 3 parking, one of the staff was angrily talking to a customer on the phone. Maybe the guest couldn’t find the front desk for check-in. Overall, this is probably my first and last stay here. Maybe they won’t lose anything from losing a fussy customer like me, but it’s okay. Personally, I just want a peaceful vacation that feels worth the money we pay, because that money comes from our hard work — whether for family happiness or self-reward. I know I was also partly at fault for not reading reviews carefully, but during my booking on Agoda there were no reviews yet, and not much information on social media either. Anyway, just take it as an experience. Enjoy je lahhh 😆
