Good experience, room was good, Did not use any other facilities
As everyone checking out for 11am, we had to wait an hour for lifts before reaching the ground floor, some kind of staggering planned will be great

The unit was clean and spacious, and the location was convenient with easy access to Genting Highlands attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The overall environment felt safe and quiet, perfect for a short getaway.
The toilet had an unpleasant smell during the night, which was a bit uncomfortable. It would be great if the management could look into improving the ventilation or cleanliness in the bathroom area.
