The Space:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a renovated tenement house (Kamienica pod Miedzią) and can accommodate 6 guests. It consists of a living area: a large living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchenette, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms with large, comfortable beds and wardrobes. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and toilet and a large bathtub.
The apartment is equipped with all necessary household appliances, air conditioning, hotel bedding and cosmetics. Everything you need is in one place, which will make your stay at CU Residence an unforgettable memory.
Guest Access:
Guests can use all amenities available in the apartment, both coffee, tea, etc. prepared for them, as well as the apartment's equipment (washing machine, hair dryer, etc.) - unless otherwise stated. We provide fresh linen and towels in the hotel standard.
A portable baby cot is available upon request.

Other Things to Note:
Due to the location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to comply with the House Regulations, mainly in terms of keeping the quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 (an absolute ban on organizing parties after 22:00) and the ban on smoking in the apartment.
Each violation of the regulations results in the start of the recovery process through the booking portal and the collection of the deposit.
