トイレを流した時大きな音がするのを改善して欲しい。

Clean facilities. Free water and towels (as it should be!).
Luggages are not allowed inside the rooms which is understandable as our luggages have been so many places in the world… but it is slightly inconvenient that you have to move outside the room to fix your stuff.

突然生理期，服務員為我提供了急用的衛生用品，讓我非常感動。
公共區域的小桌子太矮了，喝咖啡和吃東西都不太方便，需要趴著，，，，另外座位不多只有6個，有時候沒有位子，也有一個人佔兩個位子的情況，建議改善區域桌椅佈置。

One toilet for all the women, was super noisy. No communal lounge area.
