The room space and location

I like everything

Old Facility but really clean enough to have a pleasant stay. Nice kitchen, clean toilet and bathroom, Bed is comfortable and we had good sleep. Location is great, not far from 日橋Station. One can get to the location via exit 10 if u are with luggage.

I hurt my legs many times when going into bed come and forth because the the walkway between the beds and cabinets is too narrow and the bed legs are so squared. Only sofa no chair at all, not convenient to eat on the little bench. Neighbor, room 203, kept smelly garbage outside their room but not the collection point, really bad Travellers they are, hope can black list them. I was in room 204 during my stay for 18 June 2026 for 4 nights.

Very little space

Location was great. Right next to Kuromon market, 10 minute walk to Dotonbori and a 5 minute walk from the train station

Cleanliness and missing futon. Despite the sofa bed being advertised in the listing, there was no futon or bedding provided for it. We had to message the host to provide it after we checked in which was inconvenient. When it was provided to us we noticed stains on the bedding which was unpleasant. There were also stains on the sofa bed as well. The room was also a bit smaller than what was shown in the picture. A bit tight for 4 people to stay in but doable. For the most part safety wasn’t a concern. Although there was a small incident at Kuromon on our way to the place at night
