    We stayed at Willow Hotel for 4 nights, 5 days with our toddler, and the best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s exceptionally convenient. What I liked: * Just a 2-minute walk from Nipponbashi Station. * Around a 2-minute walk to Dotonbori Street, so you’re right in the middle of everything. * There are drugstores just a minute or so away. * Lots of local restaurants surround the hotel, including local restaurant chains, so you have plenty of options without having to go far. * There’s also an onigiri shop 200m away, which was a nice find. * The staff were very warm, friendly, and helpful. * Check-in was smooth. We also had a room change because of our extension, and the staff handled it very smoothly. When I went down to reception, our new key card was already prepared. Things to note: * The room is quite small, especially for a family traveling with a toddler. * There’s no proper cabinetry for clothes, so storage can be limited. * Since the rooms aren’t cleaned daily, you’ll need to manage your own room during your stay, although trash and towels are serviced every morning. *The trash bin in the bathroom is also quite small. A bigger one would be more convenient. * If you need to iron your clothes, you can request an iron from reception. * I noticed a few areas in the bathroom that could use more attention to cleanliness. Please see the attached photos of the CR for reference. If you’re not particular about these things, this may not bother you at all. Overall, I’d give Willow Hotel 4 stars and would recommend it, especially for adults, couples, solo travelers, or families with older kids.

    Clean hotel and rooms but not to expect much for amenities like team/coffee. Walkable distance to nearby places make it ideal.
