Clean and within walking distance from Dontonbori and shopping area.

The elevator is a little bit small, but considering the location and the price, it is not a deal breaker for us.

こちらのミスなのですが、メールがすべて中国語だったので詐欺だと思い本人確認 (宿泊者人数分 )情報を登録していなかったので、部屋のドアのロック解除ができなく、電話も繋がらなく部屋前で困っていました。 ブッキングさんからも連絡をしてくれ、LINEでパスワードを教えてくれ、無事に宿泊できました。 対応が早くて助かりました。 場所はどこに行くにも、アクセスしやすいです 道頓堀がすごく近いので便利な場所です。 静かなので、朝まで ぐっすり快適に眠れました。

お部屋。お風呂の掃除がイマイチでした。 ホコリ、髪の毛が・・・・・・

Proximity and the charm of the room !

The location is good, the bed was comfy and the room looked nice

When you look at this hotel in booking in Japanese you see a different rating 7.3 or something like that, I think that score resembles the real value of this hotel. To get to the 4th floor you have to take stairs which are super narrow and high. Doing this with luggage is not fun. The elevator has a weird mechanism that once it decides to close it will go into a retry mechanism of about every half a second when you come with more than one suitcase this can be really irritating as it keeps slamming into your luggage while you try to empty the elevator. Finally in our room the bide was working very poorly, one function was not working at all and just in general it was not as good as other places we’ve been in Japan.
