Comfortable stay with stunning views of the Sea

The property looked exactly as the photos! The view was already worth every penny. To be able to sit on a balcony and overlook the vastness of the ocean and watch the sun set is something I will remember forever. The space was comfortable with lots of space.

First, I'm not sure if this is a BOOKING.COM issue or issue with general check-in flow, but check-in was quite difficult. It was very difficult to find the property as I wasn't immediately provided the check-in instructions to my email. The only way I was able to figure out how to find and access the property was by looking for a contact and connecting via whatsapp, which I was lucky to do because I only had a certain amount of data left. Additionally to this, wifi was not working the whole time while I was here, which made it difficult due to my lack of cellular data. I was quite disappointed, as I was really in need of wifi and chose this location because it had wifi. Though, the owners were apologetic for this inconvenience and said they would be able to refund me a portion, which if so, this customer service would be extremely appreciated.

Just loved the place and everything Riomaggiore had to offer.

The apartment was modern and clean. The location was peaceful and the view was wonderful.

We would have liked an Nespresso coffee machine as we had trouble using the moka pot on the induction cook top.

Terre Marine needs to update guests on their accommodation being under construction!

The partial , unobstructed views were very nice

3 construction sites around in the immediate vicinity and we were not made aware of, when I mentioned it to the staff they said they didn't know. Sites have been up for a while. When I tried to reach out to them , they didn't respond for a few days.

Could have been better

The cleaner should have checked that there was no kettle and that the internet was not working so that it could be fixed before arrival. 2 days without internet is unsatisfactory and I should get a discount. It was costly accommodation that should have been perfect. Would have been nice to have had a bottle of water on arrival after walking up all the steps!! Lots of building work going on below so noisy!

Calme, mer, soleil!

L'appartement est meublé avec goût, très calme, avec un vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Le personnel, bien que joignable uniquement à distance, était extrêmement réactif et très obligeant. La présence de quelques produits de première nécessité en cuisine (huile, sel, café, thé...) était très appréciable.

Le lit n'était pas assez ferme à mon goût. Dans la cuisine, quelques torchons et un balai auraient été pratiques.

Wunderbare Unterkunft.

Perfekte Lage. Der kleine Balkon mit Meerblick ist toll. Vor der Unterkunft stehen öffentliche Bänke. Von hier aus hat man Blick auf die Stadt , das Meer und kann den grandiosen Ausblick und den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Modriger Geruch in der Küche. Nicht vom Zustand der Außenfassade abschrecken lassen. Das Haus wird momentan renoviert.

Bäddsoffan. Den gick inte att fälla ut så att madrassen blev rak horisontellt utan hade formen av en banan.

Riche en escalier mais magnifique

La vue est très belle malgré les travaux qui sont en cours dans le même bâtiment. L'appartement est parfaitement conforme aux photos et il est très bien agencé

Il y a une forte odeur d'humidité dans l'appartement qui rend désagréable les premières minutes à l'intérieur. Pas de savon pour les mains dans les sanitaires.

Un endroit cosi avec une superbe vue

L'appartement est grand et cosi. L'emplacement, proche de la ville et en même temps loin des rues bruyantes. Pratique pour visiter et prendre le train. Superbe vue depuis le balcon. L'appartement est rénové avec goût, la literie est confortable. Appartement que je recommande sans soucis.

Cela aurait été bien d'avoir les photos pour le trajet depuis la gare jusqu'à l'appartement. Il y a deux chemins possibles, un avec beaucoup d'escalier donc un peu moins pratique avec des grosses valises ou poussette, et un chemin avec peu d'escalier si on suit la rue principale et qu'en haut de la rue on tourne à droite. Il y avait également quelques équipements de vaisselle pas très bien nettoyés et il manquerait un linge pour essuyer la vaisselle et peut-être mettre en évidence le produit vaisselle pour nettoyer à la main.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Meer.

Die Aussicht war das Highlight der Wohnung, wirklich sehr toll. Wir konnten den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon anschauen. Die Wohnung war soweit modern eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles nötige vorhanden.

Da wir im Herbst in der Wohnung waren, war es für uns zu kühl in der Wohnung. Die Klimaanlage, welche auch als Heizung funktionierte, konnte das Schlafzimmer leider nicht genügend aufwärmen. Es fehlen Decken und Wolldecken im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer für das Schlafsofa. Somit hatten wir kalt in der Nacht. Im Badezimmer hatte es keinen Eimer, keine Zahngläser und viel zu wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung macht auf den ersten Blick einen gemütlichen Eindruck, doch fehlen doch noch ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände, was die Wohnung noch gemütlicher machen würde. Was wir schätzen würden wären 1-2 Flaschen stilles Wasser zur Verfügung zu haben bei der Ankunft. Was auch super wäre ist, wenn der Vermieter einmal nachfragen würde ob alles ok ist. Auch frische Badetücher wären schön gewesen.
