The location was amazing. Easy to City Park and French Quarter. Beds were very comfortable and cozy. Kitchen was nice sized and equipped. Backyard looked amazing although we were there to experience NOLA for the first time so we were not at the property other than to sleep. We had a great time and would return to this property for location and comfy beds.
Locks need improvement. Weather stripping is lacking. Some doors have water damage. A bit of road noise but not enough to keep me from sleeping.

The bed in the master was amazing. The backyard with pool was a welcome retreat. We spent most of our time just hanging out there.

The size of the property and its location.
The rooms were adequate and the laundry facilities were great.
This would have been an exceptional stay if not for a few issues highlighted in what we didn’t like.
The pool didn’t look clean enough to go into so unfortunately we don’t get to use this facility.
A couple of cockroaches were encountered midway through our stay and a few of us got what seemed to be insect bites, an earwig was also found inside one of the pillowcases when removing the sheets at the end of our stay.
