A gem of a house in Sligo.

The location is fantastic, you are a stone throw from the cliff drive and it's perfect for strolling or simply pulling the car up and just taking in the view, it was lovely waking up in the morning and just looking out the window at the sea, it's a beautiful area. The house is lovely and cosy, with giant patio doors so you can stare out at the sea from the kitchen and sitting room.

There really wasn't any negatives.

Very Comfortable With Stunning Views

A warm, comfortable, spacious detached property in a stunning location. Lovely owner and the most comfortable huge bed in Ireland.

Some of the kitchen items have seen better days but that’s part of this property’s quirky charm.

If you want to experience the ‘Wild Atlantic Way’, this accommodation is the perfect place to stay.

Everything about this comfortable, well-equipped and spotless apartment, beneath panoramic skies, with its expansive views. We really appreciated it being so near the Mullaghmore Headland, where we frequently sat to watch the huge Atlantic breakers crash onto the rugged cliffs and rocks. Thank you Annette - we look forward to returning in 2026

Amazing

The minute we stepped out of the car Annette made us feel welcome. The castle view suite is beautiful and so comfortable and had everything we needed. Amazing views from every window and a fantastic garden for our dog to explore. To have horses next door and feeding them apples was just magical. A fantastic location.

We came for our honeymoon, we spent 3 nights, Annette was very welcoming. The facilities were very clean and comfortable and views were amazing of the castle and the sea. There is so much to do in locally that we have already we are coming again.

Lovely space, friendly hosts, amazing view.

The space is amazing. The entry and kitchen are lovely, the living room is very comfortable. The bathroom/hot water worked out great. The bed was also very comfortable. The view is spectacular. I also liked that the hosts had left notes on specifics of the home - how to turn on/off the heat and hot water, how to work the TV - and had some information on what was nearby.

Wonderful - fantastic accommodation

Warm & friendly welcome, with delicious scones, home made jams, tea ,milk. Amazing views of castle, sea and mountains from the cottage. Very clean, beautifully furnished. Excellent heating & hot water (we were there in snow and a storm) and it was very cosy. So grateful that our dogs were welcome too, otherwise we couldn't have travelled.

A pleasant stay in this property and the owner was approachable and friendly.

The location of the property is excellent with lovely views all around. The property was well equipped, pots and pans etc and the bedroom was really cozy with a lovely bed. The bathroom and shower were clean and tidy.

Intermittent Wi-Fi which we relied on at night for a bit of tele was a bit frustrating. Didn’t work at all on 3rd night. To be fair the owner/host did try to fix which we appreciated. The low angled ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom caused a few problems with a few bumps on the head but it wouldn’t put us off going back.

これまでいろいろな町のアパートメントに宿泊したが、ここが最高だと感じた。１）広い庭と遠くに見える古城（Classiebawn Castle）の絶景を独り占めできること２）広いリビングの大きな窓からも、常にClassiebawn Castleを眺めながら寛ぐことができること３）早朝など、庭に野ウサギが遊びに来たり、隣家（？）にいる馬が親しげに近寄ってきてくれたりした。また、海鳥が時々羽を休めに庭へ来たりなど、滞在中とても癒された。４）リビング、キッチン、ベッドルームいずれも十分に広く、ゆったりできた。５）ホストのAnnetteさんは、とてもフレンドリーで、私たちを暖かく迎えてくださった。また、自炊をする上で必要なハンドミキサーをお借りしたいとお願いしたところ、快く貸してくださり、とても助かった。

包丁の切れ味が悪く、キッチンウェアの種類も少ないなど、自炊の際に少し苦労した。但し、全体の良さに比べれば、マイナス点とはならない。

Goed uitgeruste accommodatie met fantastisch uitzicht!

Een fantastische locatie en zeer vriendelijke host. Woonkamer met uitzicht op de oceaan en het kasteel. Verder was de keuken voorzien van alles wat nodig was. Extra bonus: een van de weinige hond-vriendelijke accommodaties in de buurt.
