Francesco, Manager & Sandro, Owner were amazing, property was clean, in great location, very peaceful and secure. Good sized rooms, close to shops and restaurants. Very close to the Vatican City, and Ottaviano metro station.
The property was exactly as described on Booking.com. A toaster in kitchen would have been nice.

The location was perfect. A bit out of the center but next to Vatican and Metro. The bedrooms very spacious with everything you need to stay in Rome for a few days. Good to have a kitchen.

Really well located, spacious and clean
There was no seating area apart from the dining table, we think if this was turned around a small sofa would fit into the same space. We thought Flavio who met us was a brilliant young guy, so helpful and knowledgeable.
