La ubicación.
Que dejaran artículos de aseo en el baño y que los de la cocina estuvieran muy usados. Para el agua caliente hay un termo, tiene poca capacidad, éramos 4 y no alcanzaba en la mañana.

Excellent locatiion, steps away from the Vatican and major public transport, farmers' market, etc. Gioia is an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful.
The entry door's key needs to be changed/fixed AND the shower needs to provide hot water all the time in each bathroom. The current status of the hot water pressure and distribution is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please do not rent it out until this is fixed. It is very unprofessional and unfair.
