Estaba limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario. Ordenado y perfecto para 3 o cuatro personas. Con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, para un mes con calor es ideal.
El aire acondicionado no refrigera bien los dormitorios, no bajaba de 27º, En el salón perfecto. Retuvieron un deposito de garantía de 50€ demasiado tiempo. 10 días desde el final de la estancia y otros 10 días desde que lo liberaron. En total 20 días.

2 łazienki- tzn. każda dla każdej pary ale niestety jedna z przejściem przez kuchnię wspólną a nie jak drugą prosto z sypialni. Obecność płyty kuchannej grzewczej, zmywarki, podstawowych garków i sztućców, wielomiejscowej klimatyzacja a przede wszystkim bliskiej lokalizacji mieszkania w starej kamienicy w stosunku do stacji metra Ottaviano i na parterze 24h-godzinna kawiarnia z przepyszną kawą oraz drożdżówkami i ciastkami w bardzo dobrej cenie jak na Rzym. Łóżko małżeńskie bardzo wygodne.
Smród przy próbie otwarcia oka na wewnętrzny dziedziniec od masowo licznych odchodów ptasich oraz ze studzienek kanalizacyjnych z dziedzińca i paskudny widok z okien tylko na ten dziedziniec. Smród chemikaliami do czyszczenia i sprzątania idący od szafy zlokalizowanej w przejściu do pokoju z zamontowanym w niej kotłem ciepłej wody i ogrzewania. Grzyb pojedynczy w łazienkach i bardzo liczny w sypialni - masakra jak za taką sumę pieniędzy, którą państwo żądaliście za to mieszkanie cena nieadekwatnie wysoka.
