They should seriously consider changing the cleaning service.
The apartment is very beautiful and nicely decorated. The area is peaceful.
The apartment was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom – the toilet and shower cabin were in unacceptable condition. I had to spend about an hour cleaning just to be able to use the facilities. The owner does not respond to messages and only contacted us to ask for a 10 rating.

Heerlijk ruim appartement dichtbij de hockenheimring!
Zeer mooi ruim appartement, lekker centraal, parkeren was ook goed geregeld! We zouden er zeker nog een keer terugkomen!
Als tip zou ik de eigenaar mee willen geven om een iets duidelijkere instructie toe te voegen waar de sleutel te vinden is en op welke verdieping het appartement zich bevind. Het was even zoeken, gelukkig tot vermaak van de kinderen! Daarnaast, maar dat is persoonlijk, zou ik de synthetische hoeslakens voor de bedden vervangen voor katoen, dit was erg warm. De badmatten heb ik zelf gewassen daar omdat ze niet schoon leken, net als het douche putje.

Mooi appartement met veel ruimte en 2 badkamers. Van alle gemakken voorzien incl ondergrondse parkeergarage. Prima aan te rijden vanaf de snelweg.

nettes Apartment. Im Detail ein paar kleinere Mängel.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. die Wohnung und das Haus sind sauber. Auch die Nachbarschaft war angenehm. Das Parkhaus scheint nicht so groß zu sein. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es aber zwei öffentliche Parkplätze. Der Fahrstuhl in die Wohnung ist praktisch. es gibt WLAN und Pay TV. Der Bahnhof mit der S-Bahn Richtung Mannheim und Karlsruhe ist in der Nähe. Denke mal 300-400 m.
Die Küche ist trotz zahlreicher, ähnlicher Rezensionen nach wie vor spärlich ausgestattet. Also bei acht Personen hat nicht jede Person vollständig Besteck. An den Tisch passen maximal sechs Leute. Immerhin scheinbar eine Erweiterung zum vorherigen Tisch. die Couch nun ist auch ein bisschen größer. Eine Klimaanlage im Sommer wäre toll, da ja auch Schlafräume unter dem Dach sind. ein kleiner Willkommensgruß wäre nett, stattdessen gibt es Hausregeln. zwei Betten stehen oben im Flur, die würde ich mal nur als Notplätze bezeichnen. Bei voller Auslastung mit acht Personen, ist es da halt sehr laut. Ich würde das Apartment maximal bis 5-6 Personen belegen.

Eine großzügige, hochwertige Wohnung mit 8 vollwertigen Schlafplätzen.
Eine tolle Wohnung mit einem interessanten Schnitt, die für uns (2 Erw., 3 Ki.) jede Menge Platz bot. Zwei schöne Bäder mit super Duschen. Da waschen sich die Kinder sogar gern. Sehr bequeme Betten, die einen ruhigen Schlaf garantieren. Eine hochwertige Küche mit sehr gutem Herd und Spülmaschine.
Einige kleine, geradezu winzige Wermutstropfen: Die Küche hat keine Mikrowelle und keine normale Kaffeemaschine, sondern nur eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Die Couch im Wohnbereich ist wohl aufgrund ihrer grundsätzlichen Fehlkonstruktion etwas labil und die Armlehnen lösen sich bei Belastung. Sie ist auch sonst eher unbequem.
