Parking is close idea hotel for a quick stop

We only stayed a few hours due to our itinerary and arriving late but the front desk staff were very tentative and happy to help us get settled in. Check in and check out were a breeze and the location was perfect for us as we planned to visit the HockenheimRing the following morning. No real AC in this hotel but they did provide an in room fan and with the window open and blinds shut we slept comfortably.

Excellent hotel, spacious, clean rooms and an extra bonus was the small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Several fast food restaurants close by. Overall a very good experience and would recommend this hotel.

For the first time, I did not make it past the check-in. The automatic check-in was only good enough to charge me money, although the hotel was already paid. You still have to queue at the reception to get a key. Then was told that my rooms are in the cellar.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean spacious room. Good breakfast (optional) to start the day. Free parking was available outside (not always close to the hotel). Location was convenient for access to Sinsheim and Speyer. Not so good: very hot and no airconditioning and one small fan. Our room faced a busy road with large lorries moving late at night so keeping the windows open was not an option (we had asked in advance for a quiet room but this was the best we got). Only 2 small pillows on the beds. No in-room facilities - no kettle, no tea/coffee, no ice, no refrigerator, no iron or hair dryer, so very very basic.

When I made the booking, the room says queen size bed. But when i check in, the young man at the reception told me that all rooms are left with two single beds. I dont want that. So he changed me to a better room with a king size bed. It is finally solved after some small argument. The young guy is nice anyway.

This hotel is probably the best recommendation around the Hockenheimring. Polite staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and a lobby bar which is open much longer than anywhere else. We‘ll certainly be back for the next event!

We were at the hotel for the German GP. It was a great location about 40 mins walk away but with access to the shuttle from the campsite about 5 minute walk away. We had a lovely welcome gift from the hotel. Breakfast on the first day was disappointing but this proved to be as we went at the end of service. The other days when it was busy was ok. The hotel could do with being updated to include air con in the bedrooms (appreciate this is hard). There was a fan in the room but with the extreme heat this didn’t really help. Tea and Coffee facilities in the room would also help but doesn’t seem to be the norm in Germany. The staff were brilliant, very welcoming and very happy to help and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay a good one.

Nice little hotel, easy to find near Hockenheim circuit. Check in staff were fantastici n the evening. Room was big, clean and comfortable, but surprised to see a modern hotel without AirCon in the rooms.Over all good hotel for an overnight stop with very friendly staff, particularly the night manager who could do enough for us.

Nothing to share. The hotel staff was nice. Only one thing, during check out, I realized that I left a male necklace in the room. I do not feel the hotel staff did enough to help me locate it. I called the hotel on several occasions to inquire but apparently, one staff member did not pass it on to the next. I know I left the necklace in the room, but when I told the staff member exactly where the necklace was, I didn't get the feeling they were actively looking for the necklace. Neither did I get a return call or email regarding the status. I checked out of the room on 5 August, called them on 5 August, and again on 6 August but to no avail.

A great hotel, very clean and spacious. Served as a stop over driving through Germany on way back from Northern Italy. No complaints at all with hotel other than vehicle entrance is not that clear as its shared with Macdonalds and other restaurants. Signage to Hockenheim racing circuit was poor in local area but this is no fault of hotel.

I stayed at this hotel one night while attending a music festival at the race track. It was only a €7 cab ride to the ring. Staff was polite. Rooms were very large. Could have used some if that space for the bathroom but it was functional. I did leave a bracelet in the room which was supposedly not found by housekeeping so that would be my only complaint but ultimately would stay here again, housekeeping isn't responsible for keeping up with my jewelry I should have been more careful when packing.

We booked this hotel because it was (just) within walking distance of Hockenheim ring .they have triple rooms which was a bonus - but no air conditioning which made it very uncomfortable. They did supply a fan. Staff helpful.
