Disgrace of a property
Owners were kind enough to allow us to book in at 11am instead of 3pm. Beds were comfy.
The kitchen was filthy, the sink and drainer had not been cleaned in forever, and there were only 2 forks (we were a group of 4). The remaining cutlery was a child's plastic picnic set in pink, yellow, and green. There were no washing up facilities whatsoever. The front room consisted of a very cheap rock hard "sofa" that 2 could sit on and a plywood table with 4 plywood stools. The floors were so thin that we could hear the tenants below talking. There was a fire alarm that beeped every 2 minutes from the moment we walked in, so owners must have known about this as they said it had just been "cleaned". All in all, a disgrace of a property. I would never, ever tell anyone to stay here.

Spacious and comfortable with one or two minor points to address
The apartment was very clean and spacious. Facilities were good, with all necessary appliances. The beds were comfortable. It was easy to locate, in the Harlow area.
The apartment is located on a large housing estate. It would have been a good idea to mention that there are steep steps up to the front door. There were no instructions left on how to operate the heating and programmer. The freezer needed defrosting and clearing of food debris. A bedside lamp in the bedroom would have been appreciated.
