Location and space.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Facilities were good, with all necessary appliances. The beds were comfortable. It was easy to locate, in the Harlow area.
The apartment is located on a large housing estate. It would have been a good idea to mention that there are steep steps up to the front door. There were no instructions left on how to operate the heating and programmer. The freezer needed defrosting and clearing of food debris. A bedside lamp in the bedroom would have been appreciated.

Location, host very flexible and friendly
Cleanless level, facilities would need some maintanance (leaking pipe), laud washing maschine, no dishwasher, old electric cooker - hard to cook on
