The location was convenient for Fenway Park (walkable distance) and near to Hynes Convention Centre T station for wider access to the city. Prudential Centre / Copley Place also walkable. Nice pleasant location close to Berklee and Back Bay Fens. The coffee machine, fridge, microwave and hob all very useful.
Many reviews have mentioned the room size. It wasn’t that much of a problem for me as I was travelling solo. The main issue was lack of sound proofing through the windows which didn’t seem double glazed. You could hear everything through the night especially the regular visits from dust carts and noisy students nearby. So sleep was quite broken. Some reviews have mentioned there isn’t a lift, this is incorrect. There is definitely a lift and it works well.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, junto a la estación y se puede ir andando a los lugares más emblemáticos. La entrada es mediante cómodos y la comunicación inmediata con los hospedadores. Esta muy limpito y la cama es cómoda. Tiene gel, champú, acondicionador, toallitas desmaquillares y muchas toallas. Como punto negativo era muy pequeña.
