The location is great, lots of places to eat. Fine dinning is an Uber away. The customer service is quick and responsive, great attitude, accommodating with a reasonable request.
Honestly I wouldn't say a dislike, but would prefer more of user friendly thermostat. Lol

O espaço tem tudo o que precisamos para uma estadia de poucos dias. Fica perto de uma estação de metro e até mesmo do autocarro que nos leva ao aeroporto. A Localização é excelente para fazer Boston a pé. Sempre que precisei foi fácil comunicar com a gerência do espaço. Checkin autónomo e fácil.
No início tive alguma dificuldade com o aquecimento das águas do banho, ainda tomei alguns banhos frios, mas depois lá entendi que era preciso esperar mais de 5 min para a água aquecer.
