Add a small table, a stool, and a few hooks!!! There was room for them, and it would have made things much easier for me

Clean, easy entry. Room was everything we needed

Parking!! We arrived and had trouble finding the building and where to park. Called and was told there was no parking at the building and given address of a parking garage. This too was difficult to find - finally parked in shopping mall parking garage and had to walk 30 to 45 minutes pulling our luggage to arrive at the building. upon arrival find several open parking spots and several cars in front of our building. People outside on steps said we could have parked right in front of our building! Very disappointing - then had to walk all the way back to get the car.

Location to public transport, quiet area.

No breakfast arrangements. Room had microwave and fridge, coffee maker. However, for a paid stay of 7 nights, there was a very minimal supply of coffee (2 days) and no re~supply. Three paper cups. Required to purchase own supply of tea, milk, paper plates and reusable coffee mugs. Expectation was that there was to be an efficiency kitchenette. While there was trash pick up, there was no replacement of towels. Small bedroom with no seating, cramped conditions
