Fabulous location for art museums and Boston Symphony. Quiet, elegant location, very nice area.
Limited choice of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

The location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk from a T stop. Very good value for being in Boston. Modern and clean.
The walls are very thin!! They did provide ear plugs, which is very nice. I just hate putting things in my ears and can’t sleep with them in. For 2 out of my 3 nights, the people around me were very loud. You can hear just normal conversation. One night it seemed the neighbors were having a sing-a-long party (on a Monday). This was the only negative.

the location was excellent for the purposes of our stay - within walking distance to most things we were doing. entering and exiting was easy too, although the non-functional (so far as we could tell) outdoor keypad was a bit of a red herring (the one to actually access the building was inside the front entrance).
it was a bit tight, and the wall closet was on far side of room on other side of the bed, so storing/retrieving things was a bit awkward as there was nowhere else to put stuff. minor inconvenience, but still...a small chair or table on near side of bed may have helped.

The towels were ridiculous - so thin and small!
The room could have used a CHAIR or a little table, but I doubt there was room for them.
