Comfortable stay for a good price

It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bathroom are really nice and the bed too.

There was a bit of a smell coming from the drain I suppose. Opening the window was doing the job but it would be nice to fix it.

Ideal base for exploring area.

Perfectly clean and in a lovely quiet location. Right next to a bus stop and train station, small supermarket a 5 minute walk away.

Quite far to walk from the town centre (20 mins). Shower was a little bit small.

Beautiful location, everything you need for few day's stay, need improvement in cleaning

Nice cozy flat with kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful view, good location, comfy bed and all you need to prepare meals.

Could have been cleaner, found some snack wrapper by the bed, long hair (not mine) on the sofa, under the small rug in the middle of the room was dirty. Pretty loud from the street and neighbors dog even with all the windows closed. And please, please stop burning incense before guest arrival, Aroma was so strong, my head was hurting. Luckily after a while, by keeping windows open all evening, it wasn't so strong anymore.

Great couple and pet getaway and a good night's sleep!

The host was very responsive and gave us detailed info about the parking and check in/out situation and even recommended some places to eat in the area, as well as services. The bed was SO comfortable and we've slept so well. The apartment was perfect for a couple and our poodle with no additional expenses. The nature, walks and services around added an additional touch to the fantastic view and our quiet stay. The sheets and the bathroom were very clean, as well as the kitchen, which we didn't need to use though. Personally, we found the outside river, which you could hear flowing in the background, relaxing. We even had great shower gel at disposal.

Maybe I wouldn't necessarily put the guests' towels on the extra blanket and would leave the extra cushions on the sofa but that's just my opinion. The bathroom soap was almost finished but we did use the shower gel that was available.

El WC hacía olor a orina constantemente durante todos los días. Entrar a la habitación se hacía difícil por el olor. Intentamos limpiarlo pero no se iba. Nos condicionó mucho la experiencia del alojamiento

Tout allait bien mais ce problème d’odeur gâche totalement le séjour même les fenêtres ouvertes.

L’ensemble correspondait aux photos et description.

Malheureusement un gros problème d’odeur camouflé par des désodorisant de toilette qui donnent l’impression d’être dans des toilettes mal nettoyés.

A acomodação é bem decorada, com bom espaço para 2 pessoas. TV com Netflix e YT. Toalhas de qualidade. Possui estacionamento descoberto grátis na frente, seguro. Região agradável, com um lago maravilhoso em frente. O centro fica a 5 minutos de carro. Não usei transporte público, apesar do anfitrião disponibilizar um cartão para passes gratuitos. Roupa de cama excelente. Quarto silencioso. A cozinha bem equipada e tudo funcionava bem. O retorno do anfitrião por mensagem muito eficiente e educado. Possui tomadas próximas da cabeceira. Para quem vem do Brasil, não precisa de adaptador nas tomadas. Possui secador de cabelo. O chuveiro esquenta bem e seu suporte ainda segura a ducha, não está mole como em muitos banheiros. Percebe-se muita qualidade nos acessórios. Possuía mantimentos básicos para cozinhar. O edifício possui elevador e rampas de acesso entre os andares.

A área de banho é muito pequena. Tenho 1,70m e mal pude me abaixar para lavar os pés. Alguém maior não conseguirá. O teto do banheiro também é baixo para quem é alto. A limpeza no geral estava muito boa, mas havia uma sujeira bem constrangedora no assento do vaso, o que indica que deve fazer uma limpeza mais atenciosa. Ainda sobre limpeza, por educação nós sairíamos da acomodação e deixaríamos tudo organizado e pratos lavados sem a necessidade de um pedido do anfitrião, que também nos pediu para levar o lixo conosco, no entanto não achei ao redor do edifício onde descartar e acabei deixando no próprio apartamento, o que acabou nos deixando um pouco constrangidos, com a sensação de que fizemos algo de errado ou fomos mal educados. Acredito que esse pedido venha sendo feito por que há todo tipo de hóspedes, mas está se criando uma cultura geral nas acomodações de que o hóspede tem que praticamente fazer uma faxina no quarto antes de sair, sendo que o valor da limpeza (que muitas vezes não é barato e pagaria 3 limpezas na minha casa de 3 quartos) já está embutido na diária. Dessa forma que vem sendo feita, o hóspede se vê obrigado a deixar a acomodação impecável e o anfitrião o avaliará por isso, quando deveria ser ao contrário. Acho que isso deveria ser revisto de uma maneira geral. O aquecedor não aquece como deveria, fui no fim do outono (início de novembro) quando os dias ainda não são tão frios e ainda há sol, mas a noite faziam 2 graus, e o aquecedor não era eficiente, muito fraco. A cortina poderia ser Blackout.
