The best accommodation on my opinion.

The house was well arranged and very cozy, even little things was well organised. And the location was perfect , the mountain view , nearby lake and the transportation everything was perfect.

On our stay we smelled something in the bathroom but it isn’t a big deal i think it’s because of the water. And would like to have a kitchen hood since the kitchen was open for bed space . Everything else was perfectly fine.

Excellent Stay

The host was great. We arrived around 1 pm and just wanted to leave our luggage : he let us check in earlier. The room was very well equipped: there were pots and pans, ustensils, knives, etc. There was also cleaning materials. The bed was a little small, but it was an actual bed. We also had our own bathroom. The host was also very easy to communicate via Booking or Whatsapp. For a city like Chamonix, the studio was very good value for money.

As some comments mentionned, there was some smell from the toilet. However, this seems like a ventilation problem rather than a cleaning issue. Once the toilet is covered up, there was no further smell. Therefore, it didn't bother us (we were out most of the time anyway) , but may be an issue for others.

Resonable price.

Unfortunately, the apartment had a strong chemical odor upon arrival, which caused throat discomfort and forced me to book another hotel that night. The host’s only solution was to spray more deodorizer, which made the smell even worse. Despite explaining everything clearly, the host refused to issue a refund. This was disappointing, as the apartment was not in a livable condition. I’ve stayed at many places in Europe and have never experienced anything like this. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie w super lokalizacji :) Czysto, piękny widok zza okna i dobre wyposażenie.

Gospodarz w czasie pobytu nie odpowiadał na pytania o czasie (przez 2 dni nie mogłam uzyskać odpowiedzi mimo pisania na bookingu oraz na podany numer telefonu) i nie zostawił karty gościa do bezpłatnego pobytu.

Apartamento bem aconchegante, mobiliado e quentinho. A vista do quarto é para a montanha, bem linda! Na cozinha tem tudo o que precisávamos, gostamos bastante da hospedagem! Self Check-in funcionou perfeitamente, com todas orientações passadas pelo anfitrião antes da nossa chegada.

Em alguns momentos, percebia-se um leve cheiro vindo do banheiro, aparentemente pela exaustão. No entanto, nada que tenha comprometido a estadia.

*Limpeza exímia (tudo branquinho e cheiroso) * Preço apelativo face à oferta na zona.. *Mini casa mas muito bem decorada e acolhedora com tudo o que é necessário ou até mais para se ter conforto durante uns dias. *Lugar de estacionamento à porta. *Animais de estimação admitidos sem custos extra.👌 *O anfitrião fez-me sentir "à vontade". *A 15mn a pé (passo rápido) do centro e a 5mn de uma pastelaria fantástica, com bolos e sandes excelentes.

*Existe um som proveniente do extrator da casa de banho (zumbido) que, no silêncio da noite, é um bocado incómodo quando se tenta adormecer.

Un excellent séjour dans un appartement très agréable

L’appartement est très bien, confortable, propre et bien équipé. Il est situé à seulement 1,5/2 km du centre de Chamonix, ce qui le rend facilement accessible tout en étant au calme. Tout est bien pensé, on s’y sent vite chez soi. Vraiment un logement de qualité.

Seul petit bémol : une légère odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain. Rien de dramatique, la pièce est propre, mais c’est un détail qui aurait pu être corrigé.

Liegt zentral mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. War sauber

War sehr eng, vorallem im Bad. In der booking App stand der falsche Einlasscode für die Türe. Leider wurde der Gastgeber telefonisch nicht erreicht und hat auch nicht zurück gerufen. Haben dann zum Glück noch eine Mail mit dem richtigen Code gefunden.

Une magnifique découverte de Chamonix avec logement idéal pour les randonnées

Logement très cosy très bien équipé propre . Idéal pour notre séjour à 2 avec notre chien admis sans aucun supplément. Toit était parfait

Bien

Petit appartement fonctionnel qui nous a suffit pour 3 jours. A 25min min du centre ville à pied et arrêt de bus juste à côté pour ceux qui n’aiment pas marcher.

Malheureusement à notre arrivée la douche n’était pas fonctionnel, mais le propriétaire a réglé le soucis des le lendemain matin. (Petit détail :La porte de la salle de bain mériterait peu être d’être réparé)
