お店の方の対応がすごく良くて、室内も清潔でよかったです。室内から見る雪景色はとてもよくとても素敵な体験ができました。
トイレ、シャワー室も新しく清潔でまた利用したいです。

We stayed during Winter and we were the only ones staying there. There were multiple tour groups having dinner at the tourist restaurant nearby. The staffs do try their best to make our stay comfortable, providing us with a very delicious seafood paella and grilled chicken and vegetables for dinner. There's even desserts, snacks and drinks for free in the fridge. The amenities are also top quality. Very nice English fluent staffs. Toilets and showers are also extremely clean.
While it wasn't a problem for the 3, being the only ones staying that night, I can see an issue with the shared toilets and showers as there are only 2 each.

スタッフさんは皆さん親切でとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。テント内は清潔でテラスで味わった夕飯もとても美味しかったです。家族3人➕猫一匹で一泊しましたが、ペットシートの予備やウェットティッシュ、ケージも用意されており、とても満足しています。私どもの急なわがままにも丁寧に対応してくださり本当にどうもありがとうございました。
強いて言えば、テントや滞在者の数に比し専用のトイレとシャワーの数が少なかった（各２つずつ）かもしれません。
