The house is spacious with two toilets, which is convenient. It's clean and near a Super ARCS supermarket.
Although we have high confidence in Japan’s public safety, having a stranger repeatedly try our door code and aggressively pull the handle at midnight was a terrifying experience for my family. What was even more disappointing was the host's response—or lack thereof. I emailed immediately to report the emergency, but they COMPLETELY IGNORED us. No reply, no check-in, nothing. A host who vanishes during a security crisis is a major safety risk for any traveler.
