The staff are very helpful & always available when needed to communicate with them. Room was very clean and with an AC. Location is very close to Garibaldi station. It is on a main road so liked the fact that there are a lot of coffee shops and retail shops close by.
The fact that in order to use the lift, you need to have 20c coins. Accommodation is on the fifth floor and if you forget to have coins its a real pain. (Staff informs you of this to be fair)
Also room vesuvius is very close to the apartment door and unfortunately you can here sounds which are a bit annoying during the night such as lift working and people coming in and out from next door.

Quarto confortável com tudo novinho e bem limpo e organizado. Adoramos a varandinha! A localização é bastante central, próximo da estação de trem e de bares e restaurantes. É movimentado, mas não faz barulho á noite. Banheiro espaçoso e bem conservado. Também foi muito útil a possibilidade de guardar as malas sem custo durante todo o dia em que fizemos o check out.
Um pouco difícil de acessar devido ao esquema de self check-in, mas que depende de contato com o host. Fica no quinto andar e o elevador é pago e um pouco velho, então pode ser um pouco cansativo de subir. Porém, isso estava escrito nas resenhas do booking e tínhamos consciência da escolha. Para idosos ou pessoas com dificuldades de mobilidade, não recomendo.
