the apartement is well located and well decorated is is lovely to have a balcony with a nice view over the city

the bed is not confortable and the cleaning from the previous guests wasnt perfect

Great location just a little walking distance from the railway station & easy to navigate to get there. Access was easy, just followed the very helpful instruction videos to get in & up to the flat. The room was clean, the air conditioning, bed was super comfy, bathroom was small but well done & nicely finished. The balcony was a treat, small, as the photos show were front row seats to a very busy street, people watching was great. The surrounding area is a little grubby & in the cheaper part of town but we saw how some Neapolitans live & work. There are lots of cafes on the street below to get breakfast or lunch & sit up high enjoying the show. O - & at the time of our visit the fantastic old lift did not require payment.

Not much to dislike, the rubbish bin could be smaller & within a cupboard unit so the kettle / cups can sit a little better as it is not a large room.

Great location. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. Nice and clean. Everything new.

Small but comfortable for couple nights. I wish we had wine glasses to enjoy the balcony.

The room was ok. Cleanliness could have been better, as well as the comfort of the bed. I had read about the 5th floor and elevator charges, for my bad luck the elevator was not working at all at my stay. Something to consider if you are traveling with suitcases, otherwise, it is perfectly manageable to walk the stairs.

Cleanliness needs improvement.
