Lovely room, good location, staff very helpful

Anna was great in communicating with us before and during our stay. Stay itself and amenities were fine - no issues at all. Note that this is more like a guesthouse with private rooms with bath inside a bigger area. Location is not ideal - should have stayed in chiaia area, but taxis are plentiful.

Excellent last minute booking and stay at Gallery experience due to a canceled flight from NAP. This hotel is not setup like a traditional hotel and instead is a large converted flat which has 5 or 6 suites, I stayed in the Blue Suite. The units are on the 2nd floor with elevator access. I believe the manager is only on site when there is a check in or check out, so be sure to contact them before you arrive and check your email for instructions after you book. It also looked like they had a luggage storage locker for each room in case your departure flight is later in the day after checkout. The room was immaculately clean and very spacious with a large soaker tub and many windows. Tastefully modern designed and decorated, excellent air conditioning and probably the best shower and water pressure of any of the places we stayed on our two week trip. The building is in a safe and walkable location about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Cant say enough good things about the Gallery and will be sure to stay again when I return to Napoli.
