About this apartment rental

Rodeo friendly property that is just minutes from the Extraco Event Center, Downtown Waco, Restaurants, and Lake Waco. The property offers a spacious 1B/1B apartment with full kitchen and laundry room. The apartment is incredibly peaceful and easy to relax in!

The large gated entrance can accommodate big rigs, the barn has 4-9 stalls that can be rented for an additional charge.
