Pickleball Heaven! This court is NOT public, it's not shared. It is for YOU to use! Fully fenced on all sides of the yard. Ready for action. Welcome to our newly renovated 832 sq ft little piece of heaven! It features stylish & minimalist decor, super comfy beds (the same ones we sleep on ourselves), full kitchen with gas stove, new bathroom, etc. It's a simple space in an "improving" area of Waco. 2 minutes from the grocery, 13 minutes from the Magnolia Silos & Downtown Waco.

This is a cute little home in a nice neighborhood. The owners were quick to respond to any questions that I had. I would definitely book again. Also the Zoo and Dr. Pepper Museum are just minutes away.

Enjoyed the great outdoor space as well as the indoors. The house is close to lake parks and it is a short drive to plenty of good places to eat. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Waco.
