About this cottage rental

Come stay in our Cameron Park guesthouse! Built in 1925, the property has been lovingly restored. Walk the grounds, or walk one block to Cameron Park itself for kayaking, biking, etc. 4 minutes from Baylor Stadium and Magnolia; 6 minutes from Ferrell Center.

Fabulous space for couples or small families. Great for Baylor events; 5 minutes from campus. Enjoy all the amenities of Cameron Park.

The area is wonderful for walkers and runners.

We're two Baylor professors with flexible schedules. Happy to host you & give you all the inside information about Waco--places to eat, stores, downtown, Baylor, etc.

Wonderful old, historic neighborhood; originally developed in the 1920s as a prime location near the 'new' Cameron Park.

One private bedroom, with queen bed, sleeps 2. One high-quality inflatable bed can be made up in the living area; perfect for kids. Can sleep up to 4 people.

Pets allowed inside, if fully house-trained. We also have a fully fenced backyard.

We enjoyed our stay in this cottage located not too far but secluded away from the city noise and bustle. The house is perfect for a couple and the large yard is a bonus. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs.

A quiet, well-maintained cottage. I brought my dog along, and they didn't charge any extra fees. They just asked that I clean up after it, which was a very reasonable request.

The little house is from the 1900's but has lots of charm. We loved that it is nestled behind the large brick mansion home. We saw the owners doing their activities, but we were not disturbed during the vacation. The landscaping and grounds were so much fun to explore with our 2 med. sized dogs. Lots of little hills and fun places to walk. We enjoyed being centrally located to all of the Magnolia shops and restaurants. The neighborhood dogs were a bit noisy at night, but that was really the only noise disturbance. We enjoyed playing board games, watching Netflix and then exploring Camden Park too. Very nice relaxing get away for us and our dogs. We would definitely want to stay here again!

We were bringing our son to Baylor for his freshman year. We booked this wonderful cottage because we were close enough to Baylor and all the other Waco hot spots. Everything was clean and neat and if we had any questions, they were answered immediately! We highly recommend this cottage and we will book again!

Spoke w the hosts several times as this cottage is on their expansive property. Very nice knowing owners/hosts readily available. Able to have our 2 small dogs with us. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the property. The decor was beautiful and comfortable - it accented the history of the building. The location was perfect for us and allowed us to walk to the Brazos river to enjoy the trail along the river as well as the zoo. Speaking of the zoo, it is amazing. The location is also a quick drive to the downtown area. We made breakfast both days. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. Parking is available off the street. The landscaping adds to the beauty of the place. We met the hosts and felt very welcome staying here. We highly recommend this property.
