You’re just three blocks from Magnolia Market, next door to the Dr Pepper Museum, six blocks from Foster Pavilion, and about 1.5 miles from Baylor University and McLane Stadium, which many guests walk to on game days. You’re also directly connected to Fabled Bookstore and Café, making morning coffee or an afternoon browse incredibly easy. Restaurants, shopping, and Waco’s most popular attractions are all within easy walking distance.
The Condo
This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo sleeps up to 4 guests and is designed for comfort and convenience. The bedroom features a comfortable bed and a 42-inch Smart Roku TV, while the living room includes a pull-out sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV with streaming apps. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig Duo coffee machine with pods, creamer, and sweeteners provided. Families are welcome, and a pack ’n play is available. Please note that once inside the unit, a flight of stairs leads to the main living area, while the laundry room is located downstairs.

The Behrens Lofts are located in a historic downtown building originally completed in 1913 and later converted into loft residences. The building offers two elevators and a rear access ramp for easy entry. As with most downtown locations, guests may occasionally hear the nearby train or city activity. Long-term stays are welcome, and guests must be 21 or older to book.

Great location! Wonderful hosts

The picture does this loft no justice! Everything from the location, the reserved parking and the safety ans convenience of the area was top notch! We were within of walking distance to restaurants, museum and marketplace. Due to the heat, we drove a block over but were able to find parking. The check in was simple and the rental company stayed in contact to ensure that everything was up to standards. The loft is beautiful. And everything was clean upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location to the downtown. The condo was comfortable and well equipped for all our needs. The one drawback was the noise from the water flowing from the units above, and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working correctly. We did have a wonderful visit.
