New 2024 Listing. This 2 Br villa is located in Arrowhead Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 2nd floor with elevator. It features a king bed en suite and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).
Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Arrowhead Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This was a lovely condo with beautiful views. Everything inside was clean and modern. Very comfortable. It’s a great location at a beautiful gated resort. Very safe and a great place to bring the family.

Property is a bit dated. It was exceptionally clean! The king sized mattress was not the most comfortable. Smoke detector was very sensitive. New LVT flooring through most was very nice. Parking was a bit inconvenient.

Very nice accommodations, close walk to the ocean and restaurants with shopping and so many other options nearby. All of my questions were answered promptly.
