This 2 Br condo is located in Laurel Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 2nd floor with an elevator access. It's renovated with new flooring, furniture, kitchen appliances, and new paint. This adorable condo has a beautiful view of the lake from the back deck and a short walk to the beach. It features a king bed en suite and 2 double beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).
Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Laurel Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect family spot in Myrtle Beach. The condo was great and looked just like the pictures online, but the provided beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon & boogie boards) in the deck box were a lifesaver. It allowed us to just walk out and enjoy the ocean without packing up the whole car. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a good coffee maker. We will definitely be back!

My stay at this condo was a positive experience. The condition of the unit and the common areas of the property were well maintained. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. I look forward to booking again next year.
