• Reservation Policy: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the rental property for the entire duration of the stay.
• Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
• Golf Carts: Golf carts must be rented through Kingston Golf Cart Rental. Personal golf carts (from guests staying outside of Kingston) and/or golf carts rented from other companies are not permitted due to limited parking availability.
• Motorcycle and Trailer Parking: Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated area located in front of the security gate and across from the fitness center, on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailer parking is not permitted at any time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed walking around the community, and it was also an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Had fun fishing the lake, but had minimal success.You get a starter pack of essentials, such as toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and laundry pods. They were enough for our 4 night stay. The 150 eGift card came in handy, too. It was easy to redeem and we had no issues.Would definitely stay here again!

Really clean and really nice! The staff was very helpful. I’ve stayed in many condos in Kingston plantation and this was my favorite.
