Pool & Fitness Center Access: Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the resort pool at Laurel Court and the oceanfront pool, in between the North and South Hampton towers. However, access to 78 Fitness, the Embassy Suites pool complex and splash park, or other pools within Kingston Plantation is not permitted.
Reservation Policy: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the rental property for the entire duration of the stay.
Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and out on the screened in porch. Pets are not allowed at any time.
Golf Carts: Golf carts must be rented through Kingston Golf Cart Rental. Personal golf carts (from guests staying outside of Kingston) and/or golf carts rented from other companies are not permitted due to limited parking availability.
Motorcycle and Trailer Parking: Motorcycle parking is only allowed in the designated area located in front of the security gate and across from the fitness center, on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailer parking is not permitted at any time.

Has a very relaxing stay this week. The unit is wonderfully decorated and well appointed. Kingston is a very nice resort - enjoyed the pools, pickleball courts, short walk to beach and very convenient location in MB. Prista was great to work with, and Lisa and Jay, in particular were very responsive.

Nicely updated condo. Loved having the two bedrooms. Easy walk to the beach and enjoyed having a morning coffee on the enclosed deck. Used the 150 E-gift card to see the aquarium and play some mini golf.

Cozy, beautiful condo. Very clean and had all you needed for cooking. We had a quiet stay and comfortable bed! We even rented a golf cart that we used for going to the beach and late night ice cream. Highly recommend going to the Apache pier next door! That was a favorite part - arcade, live music and dancing our toddler enjoyed, friendly people and watched folks catch fish and the Groupers restaurant there was delicious! We ate there twice. The e-card was so nice to take our 3 year old to the aquarium - so much to do there and so close to Barefoot. This was a great stay at Myrtle if you’re looking for a family friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend a cup of coffee on the screened in porch in the morning. A very pretty view of the pond with birds and ducks.
