Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.
INCLUDES:
- Access to St James Pool and Beach Pool Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.
- Free access to Mega Fitness Gym (about 1 mile away)
- High-quality towels and sheets (bring your own pool / beach towels)

I feel so good staying here. Everything I need is there. Aesthetically beautiful, comfortable, and practical with all the amenities provided for easy living. Love looking out into the back woodsy area with mature trees and seeing the busy little squirrels and chipmunks while having coffee on the deck. This unit is a gem. My family enjoys it here.

Delightful place to stay. So pretty and comfy. The portable air fryer oven was a nic touch & a big convenience fir easy cooking! The landscaping is so pretty in Kingston. I just love it there and didn't want to go home.

We Had a Great Month at the unit.
It was well equipped with kitchen utensils and gadgets. We were able to entertain with family and friends several times through the month we were there. Our Granddaughter came with my wife's friend for a few days and stayed in the second bedroom. They enjoyed the room and bathroom. We spent time on the deck outside several days that the weather cooperated. We used the Gym that was included with the room about three days a week. That helps with staying active even on the bad weather days. We tried to book this condo for next year but someone else has already booked it for the time we want to be there. We will try again in the future.
