Spacious apartment for 4 guests in a Hausmannien building – 2 bedrooms – 3rd floor (US 4th ) with elevator / lift
The entrance hall gives access to the living space that welcome:
– Desk space with excellent internet connexion.
– Living room with 1 sofas, 2 armchairs, a low table, TVHD, satellite access.
– Dining room that will seat four people.
A large kitchen, features a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a four burner stovetop, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle…. and all items for cooking.
Then a corridor gives access to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and separate toilets:
– Bedroom 1 offers a queen size bed with dressing room.
– Bedroom 2 bed offers a queen size bed or 2 single beds.
– A first bathroom with a bathtub / shower, bathroom sinks, laundry space with washer and dryer.
– One separate toilet / WC.
– Completely soundproof apartment with double-paned windows.
Bright and easy living apartment, located in the historical heart of Paris, close to many highlights such as Republique square, Canal Saint Martin, Place des Vosges, Ile Saint Louis.
Arrival fee could be required on week days and also on saturdays and sundays.

We enjoyed our stay and do not hesitate to recommend. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a Houssmannian building equipped with a lift. The building is located at the north end of Le Marais about one block south of the Place de la République. The neighborhood is bustling with handy shopping nearby - a Monoprix & a pharmacy directly across the street. Access to the Metro is excellent. The Temple station is approximately 50 feet from the front door and services Metro Line 3 which is a handy east/west route across central Paris, The Republique Metro station is a very short walk and numerous metro lines are clustered there.The apartment itself is very spacious and full of light. The furnishings are fairly basic but comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the appliances are modern and in good working order. The unit has both a clothes washer AND a separate clothes dryer which you don’t often see. Everything was very clean.The property manager/host, Louis, was VERY helpful and attentive. We had a late change to our arrival plans and he arranged to have a car/driver meet us at our train platform at Gare de Lyon train station and bring us to the property. He provided plenty of useful information on arrival and stayed in touch throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. When one issue did arise during our stay, he got it resolved quickly. Louis was very accommodating and pleasant. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

My adult daughter and I had an amazing stay at Turbigo. The place is in a very convenient location to many Paris sights (we walked to everything) and has great nearby restaurants, a grocery store and bakery.Turbigo is well-appointed, roomy, spotless and has comfortable beds.Best of all, the owner, Louis, was so helpful. He met us at arrival (even though we were several hours late) and showed us everything in the apartment and surroundings, gave great suggestions. He was available for questions throughout our stay. Highly recommend this VRBO!

The check in was easy. The owner met us and talked through documents covering the dishwasher, wash machine, etc. The apartment was in a great neighborhood with access to various shops and restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful in arranging transportation and he provided suggestions for dining and shopping. I've stayed at other VRBO listings and this was definitely the best.

This was our first visit in Paris and I couldn’t recommend this place more. The location of the apartment was ideal for our trip; close to main attractions, easily accessible with the metro, and a lot of great shopping and restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed. I really appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities and the apartment stayed cool during our warmer weather stay. I must mention that Louis and Paolo were the most amazing hosts. Paolo gave us a neighborhood tour after showing us the apartment which was so helpful and kind. Louis was always available if needed and very kindly helped arrange transport to and from the airport/train station. Our first trip to Paris was amazing and a lot of that is thanks to Louis.
