Welcome to my apartment!
Within a 20-minute walk to Westfield Forum de Halles, Musée des Arts et Métiers and the Picasso Museum. This industrial-styled duplex of 23m2 is conveniently 4 minutes away by foot from Métro lines 3 and 11 (station Arts et Métiers). Nestled in an apartment building exuding rustic charm, the Marais district is well known. Located on the first floor and accessible by stairs, step inside and be pleasantly surprised by my home's modern conveniences and amenities, including WiFi internet and a flat-screen TV to keep yourself entertained.
The small kitchenette has everything you'll need to make quick meals or heat leftovers with ease. Enjoy the nice, warm brew with the complimentary coffee machine provided in my home. Freshen up your clothes without having to take a trip to a local laundromat with the washing machine.
There are two bedrooms. One is fitted with a double bed, and another with a king-sized bed and a storage rack. One bedroom is on the ground level of the apartment where the living area is located, while the second one is up a flight of steep-stairs and has a low-slung ceiling, which does lend a homely ambience to the room, but is not suited for those of a certain height. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living area can be converted into a bed for an extra two guests. Hotel-quality linens are provided for all beds to ensure a restful sleep.
The bathroom has everything you'll need to freshen up, including complimentary towels and toiletries.
Rest assured; my apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

My apartment is within walking distance of a metro station and bus stops. Furthermore, services like UBER, G7 and LeCab are available for download and hire in Paris.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

No drama getting in. Great petite two bedroom apartment in a funky area 3 min walk from metro station. Very quiet at night. Very nice bed in master bedroom. Heartily recommend.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and accurately described. The location is in a very walkable area where we felt quite safe in. The only downside during our stay was the building owner scheduled a viewing at the apartment at 8:30am during our stay, requiring us to vacate for the duration.

Loved the artsy, very hip and safe neighborhood. Tons of cafes at a walking distance (there's a popular one next door) and great people watching! Small, chic, very French apartment on the first floor - remember first floor in france is technically second floor in USA but one flight is stairs was very wasy to manage. Very comfortable bedding and very clean apartment overall. Communication with host was a 10/10. I decided to extend my stay the night before my checkout and I received a response within twenty minutes which made me feel at ease, and extending my stay was a breeze. Only downside is the very short ceiling in the second to bedroom. If you are tall, you would have to crawl to bed. It would be good for children or shorter people, though.

Well maintained property, very clean with comfortable beds, all in a great location to visit parts of Paris. We enjoyed our short stay very much.
