About this apartment rental
Typical apartment of the Marais, recently renovated in a spirit very close to a "workshop" style, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. Its location is ideal 5 minutes from several metros. You will be only a few steps from Arts et Métiers, Place de la République, Temple and Réaumur Sébastopol, and therefore the possibility to reach all the sites of interest very easily.
Features appreciated by my travelers:
- Bright, pleasant and authentic, the studio is located in a quiet inner courtyard decorated with plants. It has a surface area of 24 m² including 18 m² for the living room plus a mezzanine of 4 m², so 28 m² of living space, ideal for 2-4 people.
- You will be located in the Marais Nord – next to the Arts et Métiers in Paris 3rd. A privileged location to discover one of the most beautiful districts of Paris.
- The accommodations are fully equipped: sheets, towels, toiletries and some Nespresso capsules will be provided. It has fiber optic Wifi.
- The apartment has been completely refurbished with the utmost care, taste and high quality materials.
Other features to take into account:
- The apartment is located in a secure building with a digicode and has a smoke detector.
- I always try to be present to welcome you when you arrive. Otherwise, check-in will be autonomous thanks to a secure key box and is from 3pm, check-out is until 11am on the day of departure.
- You will have at your disposal a set of keys.
The accommodation:
You will appreciate my accommodation for its brightness and authenticity.
The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is located on the 2nd floor only accessible by stairs.
To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:
- The living room, decorated in a modern and warm atmosphere, is furnished with a design and comfortable sofa which is also a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people (190x140), two pull-out coffee tables, an armchair, a beanbag and a smart TV.
- The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a combi microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine and kitchen utensils.
- The bedroom, which is located on a glass mezzanine, is composed of a double bed (190x140). It is accessed via a "workshop" style staircase.
- The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, heated towel rail, bath towels, hairdryer and toiletries.
Extras: Smart TV, Washing machine, Hairdryer, Smoke detector.
