Pretty good appartment, well-made in an inexpensive housing project. Well-maintained, good furniture, excellent bathroom. 5 minutes walk from a nearby, good Intermarché, 30 minutes from downtown Rodez.
The environment of the appartment is not an attractive neighbourhood. The place itself was a bit too noisy for me. The windows keep out the sound of busy traffic pretty well, but then there's no airconditioning so I was lucky to stay there during a cool week. Indoors, one can hear the neighbours talk and walk around. And last but not least: the fridge emanates a low hum that resonates in the room.

L'ensemble du logement était bien
L'accès au studio. Pas de lumière au niveau de la porte d'entrée du studio. Voisins bruyants. Odeur de cigarette.
Pour le logement, manque de rangement et de patère dans la salle de bain. Manque de lumière d'ambiance.
