Studio refait à neuf, fonctionnel, bien équipé, très calme. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied.

Emplacement géographique parfait. Très proche du Centre ville. Aucune difficulté de stationnement.
Il manquait la climatisation. Mais nous avions quand même un ventilateur à disposition.

The property is very clean, very comfortable, furnished beautifully. Very nice and spacious shower. Also we really appreciated the safe private parking. We were a bit surprised at first because we thought the building was at the top of the cafe we can see on one of the pictures. In fact the studio is not in the pedestrian street of Rodez but it is still very calm and quite close to the old center of the town. (About 4min by car) Many thanks Fabrice
The hall and staircase of the building wasn’t very clean and needs a bit of doing up!

Aménagement du studio fonctionnel.
Nous avons trouvé de nombreux cheveux/poils dans les draps et les toilettes. Le sol n'avait pas été très bien nettoyé et le tapis était sale. Autres appartements loués par le même propriétaire très bruyant jusqu'à 4h du matin... Insonorisation pas terrible on entend les voisins.
