La simplicité du logement,le confort,le rapport qualité/prix très correct.
L'environnement est un peu vétuste et les visites non présentes, mais ce n'est pas grave le principal est le confort du logement 👍très bien et quelques centaines de mètres pour aller découvrir les activités et les visites.donc la proximité est la.

Studio refait à neuf, fonctionnel, bien équipé, très calme. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied.

Emplacement géographique parfait. Très proche du Centre ville.
Aucune difficulté de stationnement.
Il manquait la climatisation. Mais nous avions quand même un ventilateur à disposition.

Aménagement du studio fonctionnel.
Nous avons trouvé de nombreux cheveux/poils dans les draps et les toilettes.
Le sol n'avait pas été très bien nettoyé et le tapis était sale.
Autres appartements loués par le même propriétaire très bruyant jusqu'à 4h du matin... Insonorisation pas terrible on entend les voisins.
