Cute! And right in the centre of Oia

Really clean and lovely little spot. Love the little "pods" like you have you're own little room.

Just the shower curtains were a bit close in towards the shower and kept blowing into the shower and reducing the space.

I had a short but great trip seeing most of the island and taking in the all important sunset.

The location was within easy reach of the bus station in Oia and the taxi could bring me quite near to the hostel. It was nice that you could go up on the roof of the hostel and eat breakfast there. The owner was helpful in giving information. It was very handy that there was a fixture with a light in the bunk with a shelf for the mobile phone for charging over night.

Perhaps that there was no window in the women's dorm.

Clean and safe hostel with a wonderful host and interesting guests.

Donna, our host, greeted us outside since I was having difficulty finding the entrance. She is a delight. Explained everything about the hostel and area. This was our first time staying as a hostel and she put us immediately at ease. The beds are very comfortable and private. Common areas are spacious with an open-air patio and rooftop deck. Common kitchen area with complementary coffee.

Best Location, and neat and clean, private cabin style Hostel.

The location is just a 30-second walk away from the bus station that runs between Fira - Oia towns (buses every hour from 7:30 am - 10:30 pm, 2 euro bus ticket). This is a private cabin-style hostel with comfortable, clean beds; they have lockers in your cabin so you can lock your valuables. Make sure you bring your padlock. The cabin has a shutter-style curtain, so you get your privacy, no noise, and AC that runs 24 hours. Bathrooms were clean. The reception lady is very hospitable. She helped me get a cheaper taxi service, as my flight arrived at 1:30 am in the night due to a delay. She arranged a cheaper taxi service for me in advance; she replied to my messages quickly on Booking.com Otherwise, to get a taxi could have been very difficult at night, and I could have paid double/triple for the cost of the transfer. She saved my money. I really appreciate her help.

Hidden gem in Santorini (2 min walk from the 3 domes)

Beautiful place. Clean rooms and amazing location. It’s literally a 2 min walk from the 3 blue domes view spot. The place is fairly new so everything is clean and fresh. Danna the owner was very helpful when I checked in and gave me lots of recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making their guests feel like home. Clean and comfortable beds with full curtains to give you some privacy. There’s a cute courtyard for you for relax and a rooftop terrace that you can sunbath or hang your laundry.

Best place to stay in Santorini

I stayed in Oia, Santorini, and had an unforgettable experience thanks to Danna, the amazing hostel owner. From the moment I arrived, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She’s incredibly friendly, kind, and full of great local tips — she showed me the best places to visit and things to do around the island. We had some great conversations, and it felt like more than just a place to sleep — it was a real connection and a truly special experience. This was more than a stay, it was a highlight of my trip. Highly recommend! Blue domes is just 4 mins walk. I was able to take good pictures early in the morning haha!

I loved the hostel. Danna is amazing, friendly and helpful. The place exceeded my expectations it was clean and beautiful. Great location and close to attractions, shops and restaurants. My Stay at Hostel 16.

Amazing staff and team. Stavros and Gordana made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It is close to food places and an awesome supermarket. The hostel even had appliances for guests to prepare my food. The local busses run extremely close so you could stay there comfortably and still experience the benefits of Santorini. My stay was beyond my expectations, and I truly want to thank Hostel 16 for their welcoming vibes and beautiful facility.

I wouldn’t book again

The bed was comfy and location was good.

When I arrived I was asked if I would go into the mixed dorm instead as they didn’t have room in the female only dorm. I explained that I had booked a bed in the female dorm. The staff then took me to the female only dorm where there was a bed! In the morning, the toilet was flooded, leaking out into the corridor. There were also issues with accessing WiFi at the hostel.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Mit dem Innenhof einfach toll und sehr angenehm. Sauberkeit auf höchstem Niveau.

Das Hostel liegt sehr ruhig in einer Nebengasse. Was immer und überall das gleiche Problem ist, dass sich einige Gäste einfach nicht angemessen verhalten und vergessen, dass sie nicht alleine da wohnen.

簡單又舒服的住宿地方

住宿地點雖然沒有海景可以看，但是離公車站很近。個人床鋪隱蔽性足夠，公共空間有提供專用鎖櫃，廚房也有提供基本餐具和電器很不錯。

一開始到的時候沒有先聯絡好如何check in，按了電鈴也沒有回應，幸好隔壁店的老闆幫忙聯絡管理員才有辦法進入。另外淋浴間沒有可以放置衣服的地方，有點不方便。
