La résidence est idéalement située et est juste magnifique. L'appartement offre tout le confort nécessaire (hormis un lave vaisselle), et la literie est de très bonne qualité.
En dehors de l'absence de lave vaisselle il n'y a rien à dire sur l'appartement. En revanche l'attitude des gardiens de la résidence doit s'améliorer, car leur changement de comportement d'une année sur l'autre est incompréhensible (beaucoup de soucis avec les places de parking et des réponses inappropriées "Ce n'est pas mon problème, débrouillez vous ''... Beaucoup de bruit de travaux dans les appartements voisins et dans le jardin à cause de chutes d'arbres. Mais c'est heureusement exceptionnel.

Location and spacious for two people
Although mini toiletries were provided, toilet roll would have been more appreciated. Need a shower mat for the bathroom. Use of the safe would also have been appreciated as this was not an option for us to use.

The property is in a great location you can walk to the supermarket to grab bits and literally walk to ocean club and la sala. Bonus it’s near their office so you don’t have to walk far with your cases to the property. Balcony’s on both sides of the apartment are a bonus so you can choose between full sun or shade.
The only minor thing which isn’t their fault if your someone that likes to sleep with the door open but want a lay in it’s impossible because of the birds in the trees outside. If you have the doors shut and air con on you can’t hear a thing but it depends on preference.

Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist sehr gut.
Das Bad ist sehr schlecht und müsste komplett renoviert werden.
Der defekten Toilettensitz wurde in den 3 Wochem nicht ausgewechselt.
Die Wohnung ist lieblos eingerichtet und es
gibt keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten.
