Exactly like the photos, spotless and lovely pool area
Staff were extremely rude. We arrived at 11am and the security man laughed at us and complained we didn’t speak Spanish and would not let us through the gate. We were directed to a shop down the road where we were told our room wasn’t ready, this was fine. We asked for a bathroom to get changed in and this was refused. We opened our cases to get our things out for the day and we were rushed with the lady explaining they were waiting for more guests and we cannot do this there. I then simply brushed my hair before closing my case and the woman shouted at me telling us to get out.
When our room was ready we had to drag our luggage up the street, there were male members of staff present but no one offered to help.
Property was beautiful though
