Over all a good commodation. It was a bit difficult to find the right apartment due to bad housing numbering. The service team was very helpful and answered quickly via whatsapp.

It is the second time I rent with Banus Rentals and once again they didn't dissapoint me with this apartment. Check in and check out is very easy as they are near to most of their apartments. Communication is excellent with them. Regarding Medina Garden apartment is in great location as you can walk everywhere. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and with an excellent balcony. I strongly recommend Banus Rentals.

Stayed wit my sisters and niece (4 adults) for a birthday celebration in April 2024.
Apartment: Spacious, well kept and clean and comfotable. Equipped with everything we needed. Grounds seemed well maintained too but didn't use pool due to weather too chilly.
Location: Great location for beach, nightlife and shop...all walking distance.
Communication: Always quick and responsive communiction via whatsapp.
Overall great stay, good value and would happily book again.
