Dear Banús Rentals Team,
Thank you very much for your kind support and for the pleasant stay in your apartment.
The accommodation was just as described – clean, well equipped, and provided everything we needed.
On the first day, there was an issue with the apartment door lock, and a locksmith had to come to open it. Fortunately, everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and the concierge, Antonio, was extremely helpful and attentive during that time.
Overall, it’s noticeable that the apartment has become a bit dated over the years. The lock issue is just one example showing that some renovation or modernization work would be beneficial. Please don’t take this as a complaint – it’s simply meant as honest feedback that might help make future guests’ stays even more comfortable.
All in all, we felt very comfortable and would like to thank you again for your hospitality.
