Great apartment complex that is close to everything in Puerto Banus

Property was great for location, literally on the beach front next to ocean beach and 5 minute walk from the pier. The property itself was very clean and well looked after.

If you’re staying as a large group, note that the hot water doesn’t last if you are all getting ready at the same time so bear in mind when taking showers. Other than that, there was nothing we didnt like about it

Fabulous apartment in perfect location.

The location was perfect, the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, ideal for three couples. The gardens were beautifully kept and the pool was great.

One shower had to be held as there was no hook for it, which was annoying. The photo of the seafront pool was misleading as this was next door and expensive to use, not included as part of the property.

Simply Amazing!

Top modern apartment in the middle of Puerto Banus just a few meters from the beach and Ocean Club, Easy communication with the host. Nice and quiet pool area perfect for familys or the ones who wants and Quiet and pleasant holiday by the pool.

The only part that could get improved is the Deposit part, make it a option to pay it online, cash only can be a bit outdated.

Perfect location, Mariano is an excellent host. Super clean and well-equipped apartment.

Floor (tiled) is cold even if the heating is on. Barefoot is inconvenient.

Nice apartment great location so close to beach and Puerto Banus bars and restaurants.

Little things which would make stay more comfortable and not cost much is to provide more pillows and hand towels for guests. A bIgger kettle and larger cups or mugs.

being Charged for late or early check out is a joke .

I think it’s terrible that we had to be charged 100 extra euros for early check out. It was not our fault the transfer lifted us at 7.40. An the lady came at 7.35. We wer only 20 minutes early for check out. An the £600 deposit was a joke. We ended up only getin back €300 back. An u wernt aloud to get makeup on the sheets or towels. Like how is that possible.
