Modern Studio in Medina Garden - Puerto Banús

Gastgeber waren sehr gut. Es gab ein Security am Eingang. Mitarbeiter waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir konnten unsere Koffer bis zum Abflug sicher unterstellen. 5 Min. Gehweg zum Strand und einem guten Supermarkt, 10 Min. Gehweg zum Hafen. Küche ist wohl relativ neu. Für zwei Personen ausreichend. Alles wichtige gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Gefühlt sichere Lage. Nette, freundliche Nachbarschaft.

Ausblick vom Balkon. Straßenlärm auf dem Balkon deutlich hörbar. Balkon aber zum Essen gut nutzbar, groß genug für zwei Personen.

La urbanización donde se encuentra el apartamento es genial. Muy tranquila, bien cuidada, con servicio de portería.

Tuvimos un problema de goteras en el baño, que pienso se debería haber gestionado con mayor rapidez. Al final nos causó ciertas molestias.

The location was perfect ! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to the port, clubs and restaurants. Very nice apartment block too with nice flowers and fountains etc. Lovely concierge man who always scans you in , and loved the added safety. Very clean ! Nice games in the cabinet on the balcony !

Not worth the money ! Too expensive for what it was. Half of the electric sockets in the apartment didn’t work. The full right wall of kitchen sockets , and the plug beside the bathroom mirror were broken. We had to boil the kettle and use the toaster by plugging it in behind the couch in the tv section. I also had the hairdryer plugged in , and it wouldn’t turn on then half an hour later it randomly turned on itself ? The wall socket by one side of the bed is hanging off the wall , we were scared to use it in case we were charged for it breaking. The dishwasher mildly flooded the apartment one morning and we had to clean up all the water with towels and drain the dishwasher ourselves. The kitchen sink was always very very slow to drain and frequently used to fill back up a bit with water. The apartment was a lot smaller than it seemed in the pictures, it is all in the one room. The bed is in one corner and there is a large glass divider between it and the kitchen. The pool did not have deck chairs out until our last day for some reason , and we had been there 7 days at that point.
